Up to $1500 as of this post.  Posting the initial $100 bid is kind of a red herring, everyone knows it will sell for much higher.

Put it under an old "farm truck" shell and surprise the crap out of sports cars. I actually considered doing that for a while, and some truck models have wheel bases virtually the same as the Corvette, making the adaption a bit simpler.

Try and find Ferrari 365GT kit car.

Same wheelbase would make it a drop in swap...

I would build an aluminum tub to which the C5 Cradles bolt to.  Keep the stock C5 wheelbase.  Shorten the torque tube by 23 inches.  Make some fiberglass panels that bolt to the tub.  Then have FUN.  1640lbs.  :)

Then I would make a second, full body that fits the same car.  Can change the bodies out in about an hour.  

I changed headers to the ones that are under the full body car.
