Ok, what would you do if you found out the POS you have stored for the last 4 years is one of the first 275 of that model off the assembly line. But not only that, its one of the very first in North America. I have tried many times to sell the car but never had any takers. The car A 1975 TR7. Vin# 0000266 Do I keep the car, or let it go off to the wreckers? I would love to see the car go to someone who will love it,but I need to get rid of it. I would love for someone to finish the project that was started 30+ years ago.

List it on eBay with some good, clear photos of the good and the bad. In the description, be honest, but play up the "very first in North America" thing. You might be surprised how much you get for it. Good luck!

I agree with M030... although in the case of a TR7, if it were one of the last 275 cars built, it would probably be worth more... since those cars generally improved during the production run.

There's an old adage in the car business: "There's an ass for every seat". Someone out there will have TR7 lust and think that would be the coolest thing on the planet. You just have to find that person. Hopefully, he has money.

That sounds like the kind of story often read about on www.bringatrailer.com

You should give it to someone like me... So they could bastardize this thing beyond recognition.

You'll need to log in to post.
