Gerald/Gustavo, welcome to the forum. I have removed the links from your posts as it is usually the mark of a spammer to post multiple threads with links as a brand new member.
You ask some interesting questions. I hope you find the answers you are looking for.
In reply to EastCoastMojo:
I have seen the exact text of his brake rotor question before.
My guess is a bot.
I am betting you are right. ![](/media/img/icons/smilies/wink-18.png)
Someone should answer this bots questions as I was going to post a very similar thread.
I thought I did answer this just a few weeks ago.
Toe: toe plates. Easy to make, inexpensive, accurate.
Camber: just a piece of flat stock with a couple of bolts that can make contact with the lip of the wheel. Hold it against the wheel vertically. Use a magnetic camber gauge or a smart phone.
Caster is done using the camber gauge.
At present, a friend allows me to use a Hunter digital/target system w/Hunter alignment rack.
Back in the day we used a simple magnetic caster/camber gauge and a toe bar. This system is still accurate with the exception of the toe bar which will not fit under low cars.
2 flat sheets of metal with 90 degree bend for a base with slits on both sides for tape measure and 2 tape measures worked for quick toe adjustment at the track
Love that this forum answers questions, even when we know it's origin was a computer virus! You guys are so nice. ![](/media/img/icons/smilies/laugh-18.png)
Now that I'm not on the phone...
DIY camber gauge. Googling pictures of this is funny because most of them are obviously made with whatever's lying around the shop.

Toe plates. Easy to duplicate. Mine don't have the bends in them, but they still work. Take a bit of practice to do it without help, but it's possible. You need one on each side.
