It's a Ram 4500, rebadged as a Sterling. Who is owned by Daimler. Headquartered at the Detroit Diesel factory, which was once "Jimmy Diesel" owned by GM.

I thought of more that somewhat count. There was a (I think) Datsun that was rebadged as an Alfa. I can't think of the name right now. Also, although it had a different body, the maserati quattroporte 2 was a Citroen sm otherwise. And the quattroporte 3 and kyalami (if that's how you spell it) were both rebadged versions of cars that were sold as detomasos with ford engines.
