Drive with Ryan Gosling.
Terrible acting, terrible actor, stupid plot.

"Why is Driven the Worst racing Movie Ever"
It's hard to beat "Days of Thunder".
Redline. Yeah, the one where Eddie Griffin wrecked an Enzo. Piggybacking on the Fast & Furious wave. Jesus , it's bad. Me and the bros, who weren't really car guys ripped on it start to finish.

This
I'll go against the grain and say Bullitt. The chase scene is ok but really could have been done better - stop showing the same Volkswagen over and over. Also, too many hubcaps are lost. I'll give the chase scene a 7.5/10. But then you have to watch over an hour of Zzzzzz to even get to it.
While it may not actually be the worst ever, it is easily the most over-hyped ever.
The worst car movie ever would have to be one with no cars in it. Something like Braveheart, maybe. :)

There has been rumors of a Bullitt re-boot. One comment I've read is a re-boot is welcome since the original stands solely on the chase scene, as the rest of the movie is otherwise completely forgettable.
I vote for 1981's, "King of the Mountain," with Dennis Hopper. Terrible "car" movie all around, with overdone... everything. Even as a teen I remember thinking, "don't they ever consume anything other than booze?"
"Corvette Summer" is definitely good runner up, for worst.

Biker Boyz?
While terrible, those are motorcycle movies. Disqualified!

Oh, I forgot about that one. Strong choice.

King of the Mountain... hmm... I remember seeing commercials for that movie when it was released - and then it disappeared. I've since watched bits of it on YouTube, but not the entire movie. I get the impression it's Hopper being Hopper. Sort of like watching a Nick Cage movie (Gone in 60 Seconds, V2 comes to mind), no matter what the character might be, it's going to be Dennis Hopper in the movie. As such, I consider King of the Mountain to be a movie of its era. Movies of the 70's and early 80's were... interesting. I think far in the future, movie historians will look fondly on that era with how it seemed like any crazy movie idea would get funding.
"Jump" aka "Eat My Dust" or "Fury on Wheels".
But it was " Jump" when I saw it. Changing the title likely did not help it. Perhaps there's a director's cut.
It was awful.

Oh wow...I didn't even realize this movie had different names. Great way to try to dupe folks into watching it that had heard how bad it was, lol.

I'll agree on Speedway and Spinout, but Viva Las Vegas had better songs and Ann-Margret. Plus Elvis was in an Elva.
