Wife sent it to me on the phone today and somewhat embarrassed I couldn't ID it....I thought it was probably a kit car of some sort, but not totally sure.

In this area, I wouldn't doubt it.....this photo is about a mile from Clifton VA, which is mid-atlantic central for nice vintage/exotic cars.....

The wheel bolt pattern indicates that it is not an original 550. No surprise there, though.

Wheels are 914 Fuchs. So it's a replica of a Porsche 550 Spyder. That has been slammed.
