I've seen these from a number of other sources as well but have never identified the original manufacturer. I've seen hints there may be an OEM version of this coil and an aftermarket version with more powerful windings. Apparently one aftermarket parts supplier got an established coil manufacturer to build a custom wound version of an OEM coil and a number of places are selling it as a house brand coil.
Looks to be a standard waste-fire coil pack for a 4 cylinder. One common B+ feed and two grounds, one per coil. I don't recall exactly what a DSM coil pack looks like, but that's very similar.
