What are these? they showed up in the back seat of a Porsche here at work that the owner bought. He tried to sell them online, but had no idea what they were for, so the guy that bought them returned them due to incorrect bolt pattern.
What are they, and where did they come from? I know I have seen them in the past, but I cannot place them for the life of me. what do y'all say?
IIRC that's a rather common mid 90's aftermarket wheel which (again IIRC) was imported and marketed by American Racing. I want to say that it was sold under a bunch of other brand names as well, through Pep Boys and some of the discount tire chains.
My thoughts are the same as Jensenman. The no-name cheap tires also lead me to believe the same.
I've seen them on a lot of different things, in both 4 and 5 lug form, as I recall.
Are they these?
Found in reader's rides:

I looked up neons because i remeber these rims being very popular amongst the autox'ing neons.
I think these pictured are the American Racing (and others) Rims that Jensenman mentioned and as Tim commented, they came in many sizes. Yours are 4 lug and pictured are 5 lug
they appear to be 4X114.3 in some kind of front wheel drive offset...what would that fit?
internets say Acura/Accord...Suzuki Swift?
I thought those were 4X100...

Kind of look like AR to me, have that look.
4x114.3 IIRC was also the First and Second Gen Nissan Altima's. With other RWD, offset also the S13/S14 chassis 240SX with the 4-bolt pattern.
Most Hyundais and Ford Festiva...
so...they are worthless, ugly, and heavy...as in they are worth about 2 bucks...
Festiva is 4X100 John...Ten demerits from your Ford sponsored Man Card!!!
Aspire is 4x100mm, Festiva is 4x114.3mm. Ten demerits from your card and an additional 125 added to mine.

Don't Mo with the 'Fo ;)
I have taken Festiva rims and put them on my Aspire...I KNOW they fit. and no, i did not redrill them.
I wanna say the style was AR-24.
They were a popular stock class auto-x wheel back in the day for Neons.
Very common cheap AR wheel from about ten years back. Pep Boys and Town Fair Tire sold a bunch of them around here, before people started putting huge stupid wheels on Civics.
I've got some of those...slightly different offset though.

They're actually pretty light for the day. About 12-13lbs for a 14x6. That was pretty good for the Neons/Celicas/etc that used them. I've never seen one break.

Holy cow. What size, bolt pattern, offset etc? I might could use 'em.
13x7, -43mm offset, 4x100 bolt pattern

It is not uncommon for a Festiva to ride on an Aspire suspension but believe me there is a difference in the OE application.
Look up the brake rotors or drums on any parts website, they will give you the bolt count and circle.
