2023 Toyota Corolla SE.
I know it seems like a stupid question, but I am not able to find the spec in the owners manual or on line; all specs that I find are" up to 2018"; Something must have changed.
Toyota service dept when called says to bring car in rather than provide a torque that they don't trust me to do properly. "For liability reasons we can't provide over the phone" Also, the shouldered lug nut on the 2023 is not one I am familiar with.
Currently set to 2018 spec of 80 ft-lb Anyone with top secret clearance?
Pete
Isn't that usually directly related to the stud size? A 12mm wheel stud will usually be right around 80 ft-lb, a 14mm around 130.
Discount Tire says 80.

It would seem to me that this would be in the owner's manual, unless owners are no longer allowed to replace flat tires or rotate them.

In reply to Keith Tanner :
Thank you.
Thanks Keith.
I originally asked Mrs NOHOME to just check on line cause its quicker than reading the manual. I could not believe she could not find with a quick search and she does understand what she was looking for. Then checked the manual with no luck then called service dept. Agree that they don't want us to touch the car and would only charge $50 to do the job.
80 it is and retorque next week.
