At that age, I would think about taking the cover off and replacing components. What isn't working?
Ebay most likely or tip a local scrap yard guy to let you know when one rolls in.

Your windshield leaked. Happens about twice a year on my same year Super Duty. After it dries out it's always been fine. Go to the Tubes. There's some video of a guy pulling one apart, going after it with electronic parts cleaner (alcohol) and a scrub brush. He fixes it.
but yeah. They're hard to find. And I'm told the one from the junkyard has to have the same options as yours or not everything will work.

There was some water on the floor so the windshield leaking makes sense. I need to get windshield replaced anyway
