Went to a local sign shop and they wanted $65 for 2 plain white 18" which I thought was unreal. Looking on line all I see are overseas vendors. Anyone have a link to a US seller?

This is who does 90% of the letters and numbers for our autocross club.
If it wasn't 18" diameter, my best friend's wife could do it. But her machine only goes to 12". Fine for class numbers and letters, but not the roundel.

Search for scca nasa vinyl numbers and you'll get a few good hits
Squier Design did the roundels and other decals for my Camaro. They were great to work with and the quality was excellent.
DIY: In Feb 2018, I bought 2ft x 5 ft of 30 mil thick white vinyl magnetic for $24 via Amazon. Today they have it from another supplier for $32
How much do you trust your ability to cut a clean circle?
I bought it to add these to the truck. They have been on the truck, every day and at all speeds, for 3.5 years now. This picture taken last month:
I wasn't sure f you wanted a perminate placement like road race or a temporary placement like autox.
You can have them made uo from magnetic material so you can just stick them on the car (didn't help me as one of my race cars was fiberglass and the other has alloy boot lid and doors). Or paint the car white and just stick numbers on it.
I went with these guys: https://www.trackdecals.com/. I got two of their basic number plates with 10" lettering on reusable vinyl for I think around $45 shipped.

More pics of the Camaro, please?
I cut my magnetic meatballs with a pot lid for a template. I had the local sign shop number them. Don't remember the price, but it was cheap.
Another club I was competing with had a member that used number eleven, so I made my own. Spray paint for plastic works well.
I glue small disk shaped rare earth magnets to my numbers to help keep them secure.
I carry them in a pair of round cookie sheets.

As requested I put some more pictures in my garage -> Link. If there's something specific you'd like a picture of let me know. I've got enough to do a retroactive build thread but I've never gotten around to it.
Also, the car is for sale so hit me up if you know someone who might be interested.

We really need a links page, I would never have found that site and they would ha e never sold me anything if not for this thread.
Could we get an apparel, graphics, tires, wheels etc... links page?
