I need some 2.5" coilover springs in the 700lb range. I know summit has them for ~$90 for the pair. Anyone else have a favored source?

Speedway motors has all the major brands. Amazon has a complete selection of the Eibachs. I typically buy used just because there are a ton floating out there for $25-$40 range.

Check Speedway Motors Garage Sale section, sometimes you can get a set pretty cheap. Lefthander Chassis is another good site, they have a clearance section as well.

I've bought a few pairs from Suspension Spring Specialists. I have found their customer service to be awesome.

How tall? Eibachs do not offer over 650# in 7" or less. You can go with Hyperco's.

Ground Control offers some good prices on springs too.

i will measure tonight, but I think I need an 8 or 9". I know that if it is 7" currently, I have plenty of threaded body to go longer.

I found these so far: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/aax-8-700bk2/overview/

EDIT: SPeedway has QA1's in 8" for $46 each

Those will be easier to source. A quick search found these ($51.87). I do not know anything about this website.

Landrum spring This is who i used for my race cars every spring came with a dyno sheet with real info in the rate. They also are very cost friendly ($65 each) but others above are cheaper. :(

As a poor racer I try to buy used. Half of the springs I have are used with most purchased in nearly new condition. There are many racers out there who have more disposal money then I who will buy new and then find out that the springs they bought are either to soft, to hard, or to short, or to tall. Their loss is my gain!

I'd love to buy used but I don't see a great source for that. I need an 8" long 2.5" 700lb pair of springs. Got any!
