..The yellow high beams like the ones in this nice old mopar?
I have the same headlight setup in my fairlane and I want to give em' a go. I did some searching and came up empty handed. Before I go an find some translucent paint, I want to know if the real thing still exists somewhere.

If you go with the covers and they don't work out you can peal them off. In VA the cops and courts had a run on busting kids with blue bulbs in their headlights.
I sprayed three coats of Krylon stained glass paint to get the effect I was looking for. Turned out pretty nice.

Actually they switched to white headlights quite a while ago - my addled brain suggests sometime in the 90s, definitely around 2000.
