I'm also perplexed as the Z has an L28, but the Camaro could possibly be a Z28. I think that means they can't be separated or something.

Sold the Camaro today. Guy drove all the way up from Long Island to buy it. Now to figure out what to do with the Datsun. There is a nicer 280z that popped up near me I might go look at then use the 240z for parts.
@eastcoastmojo "donuts on your lawn"
My thought is sell them both then take the money from those and buy a non project car that you like.
Am I wrong in estimating the two cars might net 7-10K. That would buy something fun.
I would have kept the Camaro, but I also understand wanting to ditch two projects to get something further along.

You very first sentence is: I don't have the time, money, or space for these 2 cars...
The first qualifier is "don't have the time..."
I think sell both. A non-running, non-moving, non painted car is a huge time commitment. Replace with a project that at least has two of these three issues already solved.
Your second qualifier from sentence one is "don't have the money..." It is stated by others that you can buy every part of the Camaro but have you priced (even a bargain rates) what it will cost to buy every part for a Camaro. You could easily be into "new car" money.
Your third qualifier is "don't have the space..." Non running cars that are hard to move seem to take up more space that the same car that can be easily moved, even if just temporarily.
Sell both and replace with something that at least runs/drives.
all of these. Ditch them both. Pick up a new project once you ahve time, money, or interest.
you can always find another Z or Camaro if it turns out that's what you really want down the road...
EDIT: oops, too late :)
