Who among us drives the oldest vehicle daily?

RFunny, last time I really went car shopping was for a 65-72 Mopar, one guy I talked to about buying and DDing his was like “are you sure you want to put that many miles on a classic car??”

i guess the answer is yes, I would have. Better to be seen once out in the wild by someone who would appreciate it than hide in a garage forever. Except now that I live in salty Michigan that would just be irresponsible :P

Oldest car I’ve had my hand in was an 86 RX-7 — the motor was from a mid 60s Biscayne though, and that’s the fun part! TINY little SBC  

Out of the running by a mile— current DD is either an 03 E350 (Ford, not the cool ones) or Z4. Years ago I determined that I should aim forward and never buy older than current car (except for aforementioned muscle car option, of course) but I don’t buy cars too often or spend much on them so I’m still driving 16 year old cars 

My 17 year old Son dailies a 1982 F100. 

I try to cycle through my cars for DD duty, so whichever car is running without too many issues, so that means one of my 90-93 Buicks, my 97 Accord, 98 Camry, 2011 F150, or whatever other random car that I'm using, such as test-driving a friend's car to try to figure out what is wrong with it or helping them sell it etc.
