Lots of welding....... That is all..... For right now.

It appears that the Harrisburg Flea Market is going to be 11/12, not 11/5 as I previously posted. That will likely effect the Lincoln Flea Market. I will post the confirmed dates. Sorry for any confusion.
Are there any good spring flea markets? My weekends are pretty much filled for the rest of the year (including at least one weekend to go get the challenge vehicle)
made an agreement last night to pick up a non-running '01 maz B2300 this weekend. here's hoping he doesn't evaporate between now and then.
Swapmeets are the shizzle (in my best gangsta voice).
There is powerful universal force transferred from seller to buyer when you both stare down at a unloved auto part, laid out like a dead body on a blue tarp.

Thanks. I'll have to keep that in mind. I'll actually be in the D.C. Area in April, would be nice if timing lines up right.
So...I currently work in Houston Tx. and my homes/family/shop/tools/common sense live in Atlanta Ga.
I don't know exactly how to say this, but I imagine my name will be used with your wives to make YOUR bad ideas seem great. In a way, I'm giving every one a "free one" and you kinda owe me?
Here goes: $2017 tentative plans were to power the 1966 Dodge Dart effort with GM LS and way too much turbo, Powerglide, etc. That was a good plan. Damn good plan
Then last weekend, on Craigslist a desperate seller I talked to, needed a couple of Benjamin's to sell me a parts car with 1973 Chrysler 440 power, 57,000 original miles in 44 years (that's 24.91 miles average a week), a hemi'ish TorqueFlite, and Dana 4.56 butt end complete drivetrain to power the Dart. That idea is not as good as the first one, but it still pretty damn good for life and hope.
I looked, talked him down more, gave him cash, and he gladly gave me title. I left it at his trailer and drove home to Magnolia and got to thinking....!? you know...!!!??? (Here is exactly! where! the Tom-Choo-Choo runs off the tracks).
If I restore it?, This honestly could be a good tow vehicle to pull the trailer and Dart? Both are Dodge, and it makes sense to me.
Idiot. I am guessing that to do it right will be that same as owning 4 boats. The whole interior is wavy particle board and contact paper, It has a new roof and tires, but it had a roof leak and I will need to change out some? of the interior ceiling. The generator was stolen. I think the LP tanks are no longer fillable? do to restrictions? and I need new tanks? Grandma slept in it and it smells like everyone's GMA.
I don't know the wiring and have to learn 30A? 50A? A/C? ah no clue. Where to keep and work on it? Two headlight bezels cost $400 on Ebay so I sorta need a parts car/dead Winnebago for this Winnebago? Foggy edged front glass. I would like a clean white shower, and not one the color of pee. I so so! dread Points and a Carburetor. How do I add a microwave? Need to learn how to sew curtains/upholstery? Dual gas tanks in good shape? He mentioned Gray or Black water tank? (I have no F idea?) Fridge is kinda disgusting, well not kinda.
Its funny Seller built it up, saying that "it is a "20 foot Brave" model so gas mileage is cheaper than the bigger Chieftain and Indian models with 440 and 4.56 gears"(!?). You sir have to consider a Cummins/overdrive swap?
I was thinking that a short 20 footer would have a Dana 60 single tire, nope Dana 70 dually.
Back window sticker says, "I Love Wood!" Yep, I love wood.
I could work on it while I lived in it?
Oh, seller let me know the batteries where just stolen out of it. So, owning it 2 days before I have even picked it up cost $200.00. Thinking about just calling a tow truck to go get it?
Good to Bad. Ying to Yang. Rise to Fall. This is a very bad plan. Tow vehicle too? Pictures sux, as you would expect, but you get the idea.
This picture is not the sun. It is heavens angels gracing my purchase.
Does anyone else see the irony in saying it's Heavens Angles gracing him when he's speaking of a a giant rectangle?
