"Team" valuation or "Car" valuation?
I might be able to speak to the Spec Miata car side of things. My "team" is a $ losing venture! Feel free to send me a PM. I ran a '90 NA with the SCCA last year (regional races) and will be running the Majors series this year with the hopes of running Indy in the fall.

The property isn't the tough side of things. More about contracts with individuals and the expertise of members of the team. The notions is that we will be running a arrive and drive (or a variation thereof) for some, taking care of others, storage for some, support for all on the spec side and a pro cup team.
