I'm in the Cleveland-ish area and it was 9°F this morning on my drive in. I was thankful for a roof and heat.
I saw a younger kid with the top down here in Pittsburgh earlier in the week. (Rt60, Robinson) Mad props.
wish I could claim credit, because it was something I have done. I was driving around with the sunroof open today in 32 degree weather.. does that count?
I'd do it! Don't know about the other gens, but my NB's heater can melt your eyeballs once it gets to full operating temp
I drove in light snow with top down on my S2000 a few times, hat and gloves, big puffy jacket, heat blasting. You definitely get some looks
After some jerk tried to knife the roof on my 944 cab (it's not possible) it snowed while the top was off...it was an interesting drive in Chicagoland.

Make sure you do it in the snow. Otherwise it is hard to tell that its cold out from a picture. Additionally, wear something like a stormtrooper helmet or cowboy hat.
