Who owns the most impractical collection of vehicles? (Thanks Cotton!)

I'll start: I own a full size, 1/2 ton 5.3 LS powered crew cab pickup with mud tires and it's been off road exactly one time and I VERY rarely have a single passenger. We bought my 17 y/o son a 3/4 ton version of the same truck but with a 6.0 and REALLY wide 33" mud tires and just about refuses to carry any passengers. I also have a perfectly good Suzuki GS850 that I cut up and am making into a gasp... hardtail chopper. My son has a Kawasaki KX 125 2-stroke. It's loud and smokes a lot.

(I did own two Yukon Denali's both obviously AWD and 6.0 powered and almost never had a passenger in those either. I think those are classified as SUV's. Let's not even mention my K5 Blazer-turned-pickup I had on 39.5" Super Swampers and 9" of lift)

I'm positive you guys can do better than me. Let's hear it!

I love impractical cars.  I've owned C3 and C4 Corvettes.  I've also owned many Miatas.  My DD is useful.  But my current stable of impractical fun cars are:  Porsche 996 C2, Porsche 986 S, 94 Miata, 92 Laser AWD, and arriving soon Porsche 944 S2.  Gotta sell that Miata and DSM post challenge.  Then I will own 3 impractical but wonderful cars.

No worries.  I like them, and that's all I care about anymore.  Everyone is allowed to like whatever they like too. 

My practical car is a rusty 30-year old Saab 900S purchased for $700. I don't think I need to say anything further.

13 Avalanche, ya know the 21st soccer mom mullet mobile... bought it with 36k in it soon to be 3 January's ago and now has 150k on it. It may get to take the kiddos to school about 2 days a week when I am home. Of course the 5.3 has a tune in it, still gets maybe 16-17/gal on premium only..

12 Suburban... running around at 185k with still a year to go on payments with a whiny rearend. It's the SWMBO's ride. It's upgraded withe a sloppy stage 1 cam, valvesprings, pushrods, head studs, afm delete.

1990 Miata that was my challenge car. It sits around with a bad clutch and really didn't like being smacked into a guardrail at both ends either.

1991 Ranger that is just a lowered roller that awaits a v8 and 5 spd that I originally picked up from slefain. One day...

1997 F250 PSD, it's just yard art.

Now I can get into my recent acquisitions from my dad...

1965 Ford ranch wagon, it at least runs after I change the points out.

1962 Galaxie 500 with a stroker BBF with Kaase Hemi heads and a C4 trans. It might end up getting 10mpg with a severely choked down 850dp and 650hp. I change the carb out for about 1000cfm and it'll be north of 700.

1960? Studebaker gasser project. It's a roller. It's supposed to be set up for another stroker bbf/c4.

1980 Pinto... fresh out of paint and needing finishing, but it does already have a 347 sbf stroker and T5 putting out about 450 on the engine dyno with the weirdo cross ram dual quad intake.

1965? Ranchero in full resto mode. It's at least primered....

2018 fiesta st.. it's stock. Lol.

Oh man,  there really isn't one point a to point b vehicle in our fleet.  We have it covered from Ferrari to fire truck,  but nothing bland.  I would say,  from this forums perspective,  what we own that seems to bring the most animosity, again from a forum perspective not in real life,  is my wife's g550.  She loves it though,  which is what is important to me.

Motorcycles are the same:

My fleet is just my 2019 Veloster Rspec.  Its pretty practical in the grand scheme of things.

Daily, 07 Silverado, 6.0, 4WD on ATs. 

Toy 1. 80 Spitfire with a bunch of Mazda parts stuffed under it. 

Toy 2. 03 G35, 6MT. 

Toy 3, 88 Suzuki Samurai. 

Toy 4, 00 Jeep XJ, 4WD, This one will end up being the youngest kids daily. 

Toy 5, 56 Ford B600 bus converted to a RV.

Toy 6, 96, 31' Tiffin motorhome. 

Wife's Daily. 00 Suburban, 4WD on AT tires. 

Wife's toy, 03 Ford Mustang GT.

Extra vehicles, 

07 Ford E450 shuttle bus. 

06 Ford P71. The middle son drives it as a daily.

Um. I have a van that is practical. As a storage shed and that's it. I have a Mazda that doesn't run. And another Mazda Open class rallycar that needs repairs completed. A  Jag Xtype (slight cheat, this is her old car not mine) that throws codes often enough to not pass smog, a Dodge Dakota that just started throwing codes for 1-2 shift solenoid as well as tq converter (shock and amazement), a Honda minibike that doesn't quite have enough oomph to get me up our hill and out of our neighborhood, a 1987 Toyletta Commoda wagon Hornet car (a couple steps below Chumpcar or Lemons) that last competed in 2005 and would prolly need a chainsaw to winch it out from where it's parked, and my daily driver is a Brabus E55 K8. Balancing this trainwreck is my wife's 2011 C300 4matic, as atomic bomb proof a car as ever either of us has experienced. 

Reading that over, I think maybe I have issues. The 1989 diesel pusher RV is *extremely* practical in this fleet...

I'm such amateur, all of the daily drivers are practical;  10 Santa Fe, 11 Outback and 05 Imprezza. The 1990 E250 Camper Van is practical; tows race cars and even though it's an RV one can still drive to the store and park in a normal spot.

To keep universe a balanced I have the 87 Novakar F500 becuase everyone should have a two stroke race car and I have the Datsun 1200 because everyone needs two vintage race cars.

For motorcycles I've got a 1962 Honda 90 "touring model" and my Beta 520RS street legal dirt bike. 

DD:  2016 ram 3500 cummins.  All practicality, i tow a ton and need a truck for work and cart kids around with tools and trailers

most lack practicality because they're old.  Others lack practicality because they have no heat or wipers or only have slicks or don't have titles.

I have a diesel excursion that I daily drive. My family is me and my son. I also have an xjr. Lol

In a few months I hope my fleet will consist of an Escalade and a classic Mercedes. 

Practical: '13 Mazda 2, DD and sometime autocross; '12 smart fortwo, wife's DD; '17 Ram Promaster 1500 low roof 159" wheelbase, dog hauler, tow, Home Depot runs.

Impractical: 75 Vette, nuff said; 92 GMC Safari 2wd shortie with SBC, towing of race or other cars, "mobile hotel room;" 87 16V 2.0 Scirocco, track car only; 79 Kawasaki KZ 400h LTD, custom bobber (never actually driven a bike in my life and don't even have the endorsement just the permit for now).

1978 mercury zephyr wagon. Doesn't get driven from October to April or on rainy days. Very much fair weather daily.

1990 ford ranger. 2.3/autotragic beater that would be practical except its standard cab and I have twin 11 year old boys. 
 

wife's daily/ the family hauler 2012 Ford Escape. 2wd but I had mastercraft courser at2 put on it so it gets around good in any weather

Daily for an 80 mile commute is a 2020 Veloster N performance pack 

Backup/winter/beater is my 1999 Toyota Land Cruiser on 285/75r16 mud tires with 430k miles.

I'm bad at this. All three cars I own are capable of swallowing 2 full grown adults and at least two car seats simultaneously. The 5 can take 4 car seats. And all of them get better than 20 mpg. 
the ford and the vw are both two-doors, so that has to count for something. The vw doesn't work... 

I love practicality, which is why I drive wagons/hatches just with a few less doors.
