I actually got into one of these things today down here in Austin at Radwood. It has a surprisingly cool interior. If I were roadtripping with like 6 friends I would actually legitimately pick a Weinermobile for our trip. It's like a tiny bus where every seat has plenty of space and the views out are good. Who friggin knew.
Too bad it was a fake. I'd buy that just to stick a modern Jaguar engine in it so I could enter it in our local Jaguar modified class.......bet I'd be the weiner! Or a special award for wurst entry?
Random fact. I am 1/2 owner of one. It's currently in NJ at the other owner house. We bought it on Craigslist about 6 years ago with plans to just tag along with the BABE rally for kicks. It's a 1989 model, built on a Chevy van chassis, we paid $4500 for it and drive it to random places every so often.
