I've wondered that as well, but if you enter them using the little link symbol above the post window they still work.
Hmmm...I'll have to look for that. I have my BMW listed in the classifieds and wanted to ad a link to the eBay auction. I'll see if I can make it work.

That's how I always posted links. I had no idea there was another way.
I never knew what the little link logo was. For years I would just copy and paste the URL and when it was posted, it was automatically highlighted in red and clickable. That seems to have disappeared.
I think they are still trying to fix that and a couple other things.
Glad I'm not the only one who has this problem lately, in that others in power hopefully will work a solution to the issue.
It seems that when they did an update the automatic hyperlink when you copy and paste a link went away. It has been slightly annoying on my phone where it isn't easy to highlight the full link and open it.
I don't even try to C&P a link anymore.
Maybe I miss a lot but I just ain't wasting time on that.
