tell them to keep the rims/tires, bring your own that are a little less....pimptastic. I expect that the price will probably drop considerably.
Either one would work for me, but I gotta say I dig the square style a bit more. I guess that's why I'm a huge fan of 60's darts.

Agree. Hot looking car, needs different wheels and a Momo steering wheel to replace that factory bus driver one.
Why do people think a classic car should have the biggest freaking wheels possible? Generally speaking, the looks/stance of a car look nice stock, improve significantly with a 1" larger tire, get just a bit better with 1" over that, after that the looks degrade much, much faster with every inch over 2" larger than stock. Put that car on 17's and it'd be sweet.
Change the wheels to 17's (and for the love of all things holy, install some disc brakes!) and drive, drive, drive! The interior re-do is surprisingly gorgeous.

...because large, chromed wheels are a status symbol for some folks. Not saying it is right, but there it is. Luckily that is easy to change if you buy the car, by either bringing your own to drop the price or reselling them afterward to recoup some money.
