yea, it's clean enough that I wouldn't mind driving it daily, but not so crusty that it would be sacrilicious to rallycross it.

Don't think of this as a regular 6 speed, but more like a 5 speed with a super low, sub-first gear. It's not a stump puller, but you get the idea.

There's a Toyota Tercel AWD wagon just down the street from me. Yeah, it's crossed my mind to stop and ask if it's for sale.

I actually only have a few of those things. I have a reasonably tolerant spouse that's perfectly happy with ONE pos in the driveway, but my 2-car garage is full and all of my personal discretionary money is being burned up in the LeGrand.

Civic Wagon, AllWheel Drive.

It was very square and boxy like the Tercel showed above.

I had an '88 AWD manual CIvic wagon for along time,and my dad still has a '90 automatic that last time I checked has only 59k on it. They're great, although a little loud on the freeway.
