Does make you wonder how they managed to get an Oregon title for it - that thing conforms to pretty much no emissions or anything else. Cool car, but if that's been imported under one of the exemptions you'd have to tread very carefully. If it's in under the 2500 mile/year show car exemption or as a classic race car, the seller might need permission from the NTHSA or at least might have to notify them that it's being sold.
I bet the front wing didn't meet those new european pedestrian safety rules. So they sent it to Oregon where some gas station attendant will gash his shin on it instead.

Didn't Dennis Palatinov of DP1 fame get the DP1 street registered? I know it was a homebuilt, but it was Hayabusa powered. I think he got the Hartley V8 powered Atom street registered as well.
I think OR licensing laws are pretty lax.
