This speaks to me. GRM needs a Spec Van series, rules package putting all on equal footing, and allowing for mods.
I wonder what kind of spring rates they use in the front?
The rear looks like it could benefit from some better shocks to deal with the wheel hop?
Fun fact... the Dodge 150 vans are unibody. 250s and higher got a full frame.
Fordiban, and Chebbiban are all full frame.

Only the 96 and later ful size gm vans are. Before that they are unibody aswell.

100% false. GM vans were BoF beginning to end. We had a few.

Pretty sure the 250 and 350 Dodges were still unibody. I had a 350 that the steering box rotted off of the chassis rail. It had 10k on it and was only used in an apartment complex to move garbage from the buildings to the dumpsters. It smelled HORRIBLE inside...
Chevys were unibody until fairly recently.
Love the seat adjustment going on. Everytime I see these videos I want to go buy a Dodge van and do this.
I wonder what suspension mods they do.
Is he switching between 2 and 3 on the auto trans?

Nah i put a hitch on an 80's g10, it was way unibody.
In reply to Patrick :
We had a 1990 G30 based Cutaway Box Van. It was also unibody. A section of the rear floor was still there, welded to the unibody frame with the u-bolts that held the box gong through holes torched in the floor so that could go around the unibody frame.
Much like this one-
My 1991 B350 and 90 B250 were/are also unibody, as are all Dodge B series vans.

Yup.
In one of noriyaro videos, they say that there's a quirk of the transmission where there is actually a neutral in between gears, so this makes rev matching a downshift easier. I have never even thought to try this, and I probably never will get the opportunity. I also have never driven anything at Ebisu, so I will defer to their experience

So interesting! Wow.
and yeah, all Dodge vans are unibody, as are the G20 Chevys.
I just finished installing the drop spindles on mine that I ordered over 2 years ago. And 1 ton diesel truck springs which i cut. "Tuned in" the bumpstop height. Installed shocks for lowered chevy pickups. It was an ordeal to figure out. I'm convinced most of the people out there who say their dodge van lowering is working ok either aren't that low or it isn't working ok. I'm happy to say mine is as low as it was when it was sitting on the bumpstops with cut springs the first time around, but now it's actually ok. It could use to have the bump steer situation improved, but it's good enough now that if you drove it without seeing it from the outside, it wouldn't be obvious that it's slammed.
