Thanks!

The short version of that gargantuan thread is i sold it due to knee issues, tracked it down years later where it had been parted out and abandoned, then did a full bare metal bare shell restoration over the lockdown with my young daughter. Ive autocrossed it, open track day it, drag raced it, and shown it.

According to the neon registry, its one of three known lapis acrs made in 97. They only produced 35 total that year in this color. I have the matching numbers drivetrain and almost all the stock parts, but its WAY more enjoyable with all the period correct bolt ons and ac.

I appreciate the shout out, grm, and even moreso the forum and friends ive made for giving me the willingness and support to do a resto of this level.

What a ridiculously cool thread. Long term ownership, modification, and restoration always seem so rewarding.
