I like 2002s, I like rat rods, but together, it just isn't right.

I like it. It's creative, different, and looks fun to drive.

It's got an LS1 with headers pointing straight out into the atmosphere. What's not to like?

Well to be fair, that's usually all that is left of a 2002 after you cut all of the rust off. No front fenders, shock towers probably gone too...

This. A big argument ensued over this very car amongst some friends. I figure there was very little of the "2002" in question. Probably part of a greenhouse, and that grill.

I like it but I would cut up damn near anything if I felt like it.

I like Nocones and Loosecannon's versions of carving up a shell better.

Looks like an exploded view of a 2002 to me. I don't think I really get having the rear wheels outside the wheelwells or making the front track so much wider than stock. That being said, if I saw it in person I would be very interested in how it was made and if I passed it on the road I'd give a thumbs up. Not exactly my cup of tea, but not really my place to judge. I'll file it under interesting.

Could be a lot worse - at least they didn't make a "rat rod" of it through intentional hood rust.

Therefore, the builder gave the car a new life. And an exciting one at that.

Not sure I really like the rear wheels outside the bodywork on anything made after 1930 or so.

It's clever and amusing. But like one of those jokes that, once you hear the punch line, you're ready to move on to the next joke.

To each his own. I like the open wheel treatment on some post-30's cars Russ Weber's stud is one of my favorite customs EVER
