If the lighter ring around the outside of the wheel center is the cut, I'd still run it. I'm more worried about how rough the mating surface to the hub looks.

Lol, pretty much every aluminum wheel mounting face in MI looks like that, this is only a 10 year old truck.
I'd run it. If you're at all worried about it, make it a rear wheel. That way, if it does fail you may still be able to steer to safety.
