Picking this car up on Friday for $800. 155k miles. 99. Newer soft top with a leaking rain rail. Bad rust. Underside isn't bad but the wells are rusted as seen. Good runner. Roadster sport exhaust, some sort of intake.
What would GRM do? Part out? Instantly re-list on Craigslist to try to make an instant $500? Dive in and fix? I hate to spend a lot on this when I could just go down south to Charlotte when I see my parents and buy a well maintained, rust free NA or NB.
Flip it for quick profit.
keep it for parts and buy a nice 99/2000
You're in PA? Put snows on it and use it for a winter beater. It's disposable. Ice racing, maybe?

I'd catch up on any maintenance and use it for a winter beater/backup car until it got dangerously rusty. It even already has snow tires on it.

Winter beater. Fix the things that annoy you & leave the rest. Sell for profit when you get bored.
Brought this car home tonight. Seller was shocked that I didn't even want to take it on a test drive.
This thing is a hoot! Like it 100x better than my old NA and 1000x better than my SVT Focus.
I'm going to do what any reasonable man would do and put it on CL for $1700 and see if anyone bites.

Make sure you misspell a lot of words, use obscure jargon or shorthand, and take some really bad pictures. The photos with your hands in the picture make the car much more desireable.

Exocet donor!
Too many words, nothing misspelled, and pictures are too clear. You should go to a gas station at night and take one blurry pic. 
I vote keep it for iceracer/rallycross and general foul-weather humiliation of people driving large awd vehicles on all season tires.

Because the Craigslist drop down goes from good to fair to salvage. This is not a salvage car. It's not in good condition, obviously.
