York or Harrisburg PA Machine Shops -- Recommendations?

I was curious if anyone had any recommendations for reputable machine shops in the greater Harrisburg area?  I have a flat head four that will need some boring and decking.

Machining only?  Machine and assemble? 

I will handle the assembly.  I just need a slight boring and the block/head decked.
