This past weekend I went to an SCCA National Time Trialnwith the Day sun
First I'd recommend these events as so found the format fun.
As always I post these because I'm always encouraging people in mundane cars to get out and run them. There was a guy running a diesel Jetta wagon.........he is my new hero.
So there were 23 cars in my group and I felt like I waved half of them buy.
I will be the first to admit that my in car videos may be the cure for insomnia.

It's messed up how that Tesla S almost literally warps out like the Starship Enterprise on the straights
Video recording tips, you're getting vibration-induced melty-vision and audio that sounds like it's coming from an array of stethoscopes on all the car's components because the camera is very solidly mounted to a structural part of the car. Adding lots of squishy material between the two (like foam pipe insulation or a few wraps of old inner tube) can help reduce that, and an external mic on an extension cord can help too.

Thanks for the video tips.
As for the Tesla.......in the previous session he came roaring past just before turn one and promptly put it in the dirt.
Variety is the spice of life, especially at the track!
Kudos to the diesel Jetta wagon.
