Mine didn't have the hood scoop or T-tops. There WERE girls though.
Technically, it's this (the 2wd version):
But since we never could get a tile, it was this (the Skylark):
My first car was exactly like the one on the top. GLS package, 1.5l with a carb, 5 speed, power moonroof, 13" honeycomb wheels, and A/C that saved me from having to use the brakes if I wanted to slow down. Mine was even the same red color.
This was my second car (which I still own). Same color as the photo.
Cool thread. I'm going to cheat too and put another one on. The first one I posted was the first car I drove (legally...), given to me by my parents.
First car I ever bought...paid $300 for it. Mine was a wagon, but this was the closest I could find.
Slow as a dog and I'm not sure what they mean by refinement, but it was roomy. Just not very rust proof.
I'll bet none of you have seen this, even Luke is too young
Gotta love the early 70's

I'm old enough, I just lived in the wrong place.
First new car I ever bought (mine was blue, though):
Oooh, found a couple of S13 commercials!
Well, someone had to be that guy. I still own the car. I was 22 when I got it, it was still under warranty.

Actually I was given one of these when I was 14-15 it was so rusted that even I did not want to drive it and since I did not have a licence it did not matter. I got it running and did some field driving and then sold it and started saving for the 75 formula that I got when I was 17.
The Pinto was only 4-5 years old when it was given to me but it was completely rusted out and the previous owner had used ti to hall their dogs around in the back and horse gear and just about every other nasty chore that involved transportation. It was more like there farm vehicle when I got it.
