Hmmmmm, I have a running Z and only a few hours from Tampa......... but also other plans. Sounds like fun!
It was fun!
Paris and I spent Friday with ZCON participants at the Motor Enclave.
We saw some cars, including the new Z Heritage Edition:
And many participant cars:
Yes, a beige Z. You’re welcome.
Hey, it’s Juha. We worked a lot with Juha back in the day when he followed the pro racing circuits as a photographer.

This 10th Anniversary 280ZX was one of my top 10 at the event for sure. No pun intended haha

The 10th Anniversary 280ZX is way cool. Datsun built 3000 anniversary cars total: 2500 in black and gold (Georgia Tech) and 500 in red and black (University of Georgia).
(Just seeing if anyone notices that.)
Looks like Mecum got $231,000 for a red and black 280ZX Anniversary Edition at Monterey last year.
Thanks for the great coverage of the track day, nice to see you guys out there.
Yes, good seeing everyone. Sorry we disappeared for a few as lunch took a little longer than expected.
