There's a place in pittsburgh, the guy collects motorcycle parts. I'll try to find the info, but I think it was in one of the last couple motorcyclists or cycle worlds, he has crap out the wazoo.

still looking for tires...lemme know whatcha got
thanks
Honda dealship. Spent almost an hour on the phone with the guy. Jack at the honda dealership in Mentor ohio, thank you. It was $114 for a front tire, rear tire, and two inner tubes. He says he sells as many IRC tires as he does Dunlop or another brand.
Ill post when it comes in. (this weekend?)
Picked up my tires, inner-tubes, 3 side cover bolts (were stripped) and oil. Im pumped to get this thing going.
TOTAL for whole project: apx $165
rear tire
front tire

Friday i built myself a rolling motorcycle stand. 4 swivel locking caster wheels. Works great and it handy to move the bike around.
I then took off the front wheel, the rear wheel, plastic air box covers, air box, mufflers, took box, tail light, and tail light bracket. Im going to sand blast and re powder coat the tool kit and brackets. Factory was probably a gloss black finish right?
Nice looking bike, Kid. The only thing you might consider is getting a gel insert for the seat, if you intend on doing any distance riding- and a windshield.

Looking at getting a drag bar.
Eyeing a stainless steel bowl in the kitchen to make a solo cafe seat.
Anyone have an extra CB200 seat? I wanna build a seat off the original seat pad... or an extra frt or rear fendr?
Here is my goal:
i was wondering if there was an online place for honda parts? my honda dealer has nice helpful people that work there...when they show up for work
I need a lower side cover (left side), stator cover gasket i think. Cant seem to locate one.
Progress is slow, mostly cause i farmed out some work and they are slow. haha
Looking for gloss blakc powder for powder coating. Ill buy in a bigger quantity if i can get a break (say 5 lbs or so)
After some powercoating and wheels and tires it goes back togetherr till i find a cheap extra front fender and stock seat pan.
Thakns for tuning in

BikeBandit.com
Oh if your a AMA member you get 10% off. I often use it just to get the part numbers then give my local guy the order. Keeps them around and i know i get the part i need.

I spent way too many hours cleaning it. everything that i could clean or get to was cleaned. Sandblasted some small stuff and re-powder coated them in my ghetto-fab curing oven. It all turned out great harbor frieght coating system and all. I did all the work except mounting the tires. Honestly this bike is a blast. Tiny. Not fast at all BUT it gets looks like you would not believe. Its been a blast.

I can attest to that. Once it stops raining here for long enough, I plan to do some riding on my CL200.

Well another update.
I have been riding my SV650 exclusively and i took the CB around the block the other day. hahaha oh my god that thing is a dog. Still kinda fun in a weird way but its slower then a monday morning waiting line at the BMW
Well...since I don't have an SV650...I'll keep enjoying my 200ccs of 55 mph fun ;).
(Unfortunately, I missed out on a $500 GS500 this past weekend because I was out of town).

My original oven was a craigslist find. A $5 toaster oven cannot be beat. So i used that for small brackets and pulleys. Works amazing but its small. quite small. So when my buddy tore down his ATV and wanted stuff PCed i said sure.
Well the parts were too big.
I turned the oven upside down and it still worked. So i opened the bottom cover of it thats used for getting crumbs out. i removed the stop on the door so it opened completely. Then i put the grate on the opening and stuck the metal bucket on top to keep the heat in. I got my 350deg and the powder cured.
I was really surprised and proud of that trick.
Its ok in a pinch but i need a bigger oven bottom line. (however if you only do brackets and small stuff a toaster oven is where its at)
