Has anybody done this? I am looking at the super duty folding trailer for $450. I will be hauling my CRF 230 and my Yamaha Zuma scooter. Sometimes I might haul my Honda CT90 but never anything bigger that the CRF 230. At most, two small bikes at once. Sometimes one bike. I will be hauling to ATV parks and out of town scooter events, sometimes on the freeway.

So I got one of those free about a dozen years ago from a coworker. I stripped off the plywood floor and sides and added the sides. I used 1” square tube and some SS expanded metal I pulled out of the scrap bin at work. The floor is fence boards I had left over from a job at home. Decking would have been better but it cost money.

Also interested. I picked up a HF trailer last summer for our kayaks but now we have pit bikes too.

If you already have one, it could make sense. Me, I've been browsing trailers and for the price of a chintzy bolt-together HF trailer I can get a welded one with legit sized wheels for about the same investment on the used market.
