Last weekend, I went to a flat track race in Ocala, FL. I grew up watching a lot of four-wheeled dirt oval racing with my dad, so it was pretty cool seeing bikes do about the same thing. I love the proportions of flat trackers, and man do they sound nice at WOT.
Check out a vintage flat track race if you get a chance. Those guys are friggin' heros, doing what they do on that old machinery.
They had a vintage class going later in the night, but I had to leave early. I got to check out all of the bikes parked though.
