Howdy

My 05 Escalade has nearly 200k on the clock and the stock suspension is well past its service life (I've only had the truck a month) - I've been looking around at the kits available to delete the air suspension in the rear and came across the Arnott "Value Coil Conversion" and was wondering if anyone here had experience with it.

I want to replace all four shocks and install some new springs in the rear, the kit seems pretty pricey for what you get and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to piece something similar together. I would rather have it ride like a Tahoe than an Escalade if that makes any sense.

My first thought with very little experience to back it up is PPV Tahoe parts. I'm not sure how different the mounts will be or how interchangeable they are.

Pretty sure you just need Avalanche or suburban coils in the rear.

That is what I was thinking, they're probably a little stiffer to offset not having an air shock correct?

they're probably a little stiffer to offset not being installed in a Cadillac..
