My 2008 Silverado has decided to throw several warning lights.  The check engine light is now on (a dead glow plug), but I also have a TMPS warning and an airbag warning (supposed to be one of a couple of impact sensors on the radiator support).

Don't really want to load the parts canon without at least knowing what exactly is wrong.  I have an Zurich OBD II scanner that doesn't help much.

Are there any of the dongle / phone setups that can read GM junk?

Edit- The closest GM dealer is now 2 hours away, so dropping in is not really an option

I remember having a brand new PDI Silverado, it was an 08 too, that I had to put a new impact sensor in. It's a horrible design being all exposed to everything.

TPMS is probably a dead battery or spare tire low on psi. Any tire store can check that with an attempt to reset the system.
