1975 Pontiac Firebird Formula 400. Pontiac 401, 4 speed. I purchased it from a local police officer. It had been used as an undercover high speed pursuit vehicle. The dam thing was geared so low that it would only spin the tires if you really dropped the clutch. 0-20 took 10 years 20- what ever was lightning fast. It would literally cruse at 100mph just loping along with what seemed like little if any effort. It had a theoretical top speed of 185 (6K in 4th) but I never tested that.

This what it looked like but my car was dark blue (code 29 "flip flop" paint)

Car went 275K miles I traded it for a 1965 T bird (that had 56K but needed paint, it was in primer but was otherwise complete) and not more than 6 months later it split in half from rust just in front of the b pillar. It literally was bent in to a v with the floor pans on the ground and the drive shaft came out of the trans.

In 1995 it was a $300 83' GTI. Man I miss that car. It was great, handled OK and could seat 7(not comfortably). 8 VW's later I had an 08' R32.

First car was a 1985 Honda Civic 1500S. Bought it for $1 from a neighbor. Needed some engine work and it ran like acharm for the next 4 years. I was 13.

First car i bought to drive by myself for myself was a 2002 CVPI. FUN car. Still miss it. Great memories
