pics of like assembled building would help. Is it steel or wood? Do you have room and will your township/city/ HOA/ what ever allow it? Foundation? If its what I'm thinking of, it could be a good deal.
That's a good deal. My 30x46 A arch was about 8 large 10 years ago, new. Prices have gone up as steel went through the roof, so to speak.
