What would you buy?

Beer, or Larceny. Or use it with $10-30 and buy Michters or Blantons or Woodford.

Unless they happen to have Very Old Barton, especially bottled in Bond. Then I'd buy every bottle they have since I can never seem to find the stuff.

But I'd probably buy beer.

best bottle of vodka $25 could buy so i can cook with it, or a bunch of beer and sell it to 18 year olds for $50.

That's what my sister got for me for my last birthday. That plus $3 out of pocket got me a bottle of Tullamore Dew.

Bottle of gin, or two bombers of the blackest imperial stout I can find. Preferably barrel aged.

Probably late to this thread but since I was at the liquor store earlier today buying French wine and Kentucky bourbon (gotta do some things right).

W.L.Wellers special reserve is as good as you're gonna get for $25.

My top 5 would be:

Dickel rye

Russian Standard Vodka

Tito's Vodka

Bombay Gin

Jim Beam

(currently getting soused on my wife's bottle of Souza. I'm a cheap date)

Even though I'm a non-drinker I got one two years ago (everyone around me knows I don't drink, I think it was a joke), laughingly I told my wife about it and she said oh good I've been wanting to make Vanilla extract. Didn't know this was a thing but we now have bottles on top of bottles of vanilla extract (have you priced vanilla extract?) made from Vodka and Vanilla beans. Good stuff!

I'd go for a couple of six packs of a good IPA given the choice, but since beer isnt an option at a liquor store in PA I'd probably throw a few bucks down on top for some Johnny Walker Black.

No beer in my liquor stores here either, so that is not an option. I think I would spend the $25 in the rum aisle.

Bully Hill makes a red wine called Banty Red. It's not as sweet as the label indicates, pretty good for $9.99 a quart or $14/1.5 liter.

Plus 10 Lottery tickets.

Another vote for Buffalo Trace. It makes, in combination with Angostura bitters and Cocci Vermouth di Torino, my favorite Manhattan. Preferably with nice cherries. We stumbled into an awesome one at a local restaurant and wheedled the specifics from the bartender.
