I worked at a temp job many years ago with a guy just like that. He was only at 10 though. The idea was one of them was going to become a professional athlete and he was going to be taken care of. It all a numbers game, have enough kids and one is going to be a success and take care of your right? The state will pay for everything up until then.

I'm not much of one for government interference in people's lives. At the same time I find it amazing that you have to have a license to own a dog but any idiots capable of the physical act of reproduction can pump out all the brats they want.
