Interesting. You will find Chicken Fried Steak at most restaurants here, to the point (in Tulsa at least) there is annual "Best Chicken Fried Steak" awards from the indie paper here. There is literally one place that sells a $20 chicken fried steak, down to the local greasy diners.
But I don't recall seeing a sandwich.
