What the hell? 
Most look like they were take for the sake of "art" there are a few that I just do not know about and can you say roll over protection on that err truck thing.

Heh, not really my scene personally but there are some pretty famous goth/industrial clubs here where people show up wearing gas masks and all kinds of crazy steampunk fetish gear. I think a burlesque ensemble band might be a little unusual, but then again, who knows with those places...

I always knew barrel racing wasn't supposed to be done with horses.
^^^ that's an odd one... Almost looks like they're inside a prison, yet the symbols on the wall are almost Nazi, but not quite??? I dunno, but in some ways I think this might be the weirdest one yet.
Notice also that the racers are black, and the spectators appear to be white. Not that that is particularly surprising for that era.
