Oh I don't know, year-round racing season, extremely nice weather for most of the year, super affordable housing, girls in bikinis, rocket launches you can watch from your front door, world-class fishing, diving, and boating. Oh, and lots of sunshine throughout the entire year.
It isn't for everybody, but it's certainly the right place for many.

I think you just wrote why i moved here. Plus theme parks.
I'd love to move there but my wife wants to stay near her family. I'm willing to bet that they'd visit often if they had a free place to stay. Sooner or later, I'll convince her and we'll move down.
