So I got these crappy lights from harbor freight/tractor supply. The led ones with the switch.
Now because I'm stupid and or lazy these are both being used as cab lights in the trucks because they're a damn sight brighter than the ones they came with. The only problem I have is the velcro strips they come with keep falling off, on both the switch light and the dome light.
I tried gorilla glue and that didn't do anything, is there something else that would work?
I'm thinking about getting some velcro at a hobby store or something so I can have bigger strips on the light too since the little piddly ones don't hold very well.
In reply to EvanB :
I love that stuff, but it will fail when the glue gets hot. I use it to mount my garage door opener under the dash. It dropped this weekend. Both pieces of Dual Lock came with it. It had only been there for a few months and it has fallen off twice now.

^That's the problem I had with gorrila glue, the second the cab heats up it falls off.
Probably not the first time this has been asked given the nature of grm but can you jb weld velcro?
Glue only sticks to fingers, in my experience. Well, that's not true- It sticks to stuff you don't want it to, as well.

Try a good silicone. I’ve used Lexel from Lowe’s with good success.
