I did. (see "T-Hip"--2 posts above). Their early stuff (Road Apples, Up to Here, etc. are fantastic albums IMO).

i got hung up on atm, was trying to figure out how ass-to-mouth was relevant to this conversation. FWIW, i'm not a big fan of it either. then i realized you meant at the moment. i like old material by Barenaked Ladies. they're canadian, yes?

....I also think that this is much ado about nothing. In 1967, Ed Sullivan made The Rolling Stones change the lyrics, "Let's spend the night together" to "Let's spend some time together. Whenever anyone tries to "hide" (or "sanitize") things these days, it becomes "public" on the internet the next day.

I am just amused at the fact that it took 25 or so years to make a stink about this...must be a bad year for hocky in Canadia, that we can't find something more productive to do with our time.

Getting back on subject, and in reference to the above, there once was a song that shudcuda offended a lot more people that this one, and it's... about a very large group of people.

I heard Money For Nothing on the radio the other day on the Philly "Classic Gen-X Station". The entire verse in question was edited out.

I think the next time I go home, I'll have to be blasting this when I cross the border. Because I can.
