Living in the South, nobody ever heard of corned beef. I go YEARS in between corned beef sandwiches.

Whenever I get North, I go chasing after the first good Jewish deli I see.

Yeah, it's sorta rare down here but I do like it.

But you are in TX. To get good corned beef you have find a real Jewish deli somewhere between Baltimore and NYC.

Isn't "corned beef" what they put on the label to make it legal to sell dog food to people?

as nasty as corned beef smells, it sure tastes great
