So last time I took it for an alignment, I was told that the right rear wheel wouldn't toe in to zero, and that it was at 0.02" toe-out. The cam adjuster on the rear control arm is set all the way out (toed in as far as it can go).

So I checked the centering of the "subframe" piece on the frame and the length of all the suspension linkages and everything is fine. The bushings are in decent shape. Can I assume the upright is bent then? It would be strange for a big chunky metal upright to be bent...

There are also some things on the ends of the control arms at the uprights, they look like the toothed washers used on bicycle wheels to lock the wheels in place, I don't think they're adjusters of any kind but I don't know what they do.

The upright or the bolt is probably just a little out of spec. It happens.

You might see if you can remove the bolt and weld a larger washer on it to promote more adjustment. That and you may need to grind the adjustment hole out a bit more to gain more freedom for adjustment.
