Includes sweet paddock area (I mean covered parking lot), only slightly used giant strip of pavement (I mean A380-capable runway), VIP spectator deck (I mean bridge to nowhere), and so far it looks like no NIMBYs have moved in next to it to complain about noise (I mean it's in the middle of nowhere). It's in Spain though, and brace yourselves 'cuz I don't think anyone will argue with me when I say that the price is un-grassroots:
